Stainless steel drainage for aluminium decks

BLÜCHER offers a range of marine floor drains and pipe penetrations in stainless steel which can be welded directly into aluminium decks and bulkheads.
These drains and pipe penetrations have a flange combined of pressed aluminium and stainless steel. This combination makes it possible to weld stainless steel directly into aluminium decks and other structures onboard ships, enabling the use of a single drainage system throughout the vessel. The drains and pipe penetrations have been tested by the Danish Force Institute.
The drains and pipe penetrations for welding into aluminium are suitable in particular for cruise liners, luxury yachts, ferries and other vessels where high strength combined with low weight is essential.
