Following in the tradition of combining innovation with good design, BLÜCHER have launched their new range of access covers.
BLÜCHER® access covers are manufactured from 2 mm grade AISI 304 stainless steel providing a high level of stability and durability.
Each access cover is produced with "lifting eyes" and a taper fit for easy lifting and access, and comes supplied with a "magic" key which efficiently and effortlessly breaks the seal between the cover and frame that occurs after a long period of inactivity.
An EPDM sealing ring below the lid prevents odours from escaping and ensures that the BLÜCHER® range of access covers remain gas-tight. All BLÜCHER® access covers are air tested to 0.5 bar. Anchor tangs are fitted to each BLÜCHER® access cover frame allowing robust fixing to the floor structure.
The BLÜCHER® range of access covers are manufactured to comply with BSEN 124. Load class B can be achieved when the recessed lid is filled with C35/C45 grade concrete.
